Streax Tender Loving Colour Soft Gel Hair Colour Review

Streax have always been a go-to  hair colour brand for many of us and we are totally loving it! Be it the Gem collection highlighters in different funky variants or the global glossy gel colors. Every other day Streax is coming up with a new vibrant hair colour shade. Recently I chose the shade 1 Natural Black for grey hair coverage . And it gave me outstanding results, there was an optimum coverage and no signs of grey hair whatsoever!

Reasons I picked this over other hair colour brands:

So here's a very detailed review of Streax gel hair colour for you :

Packaging :
The hair colour package comes in a red cardboard box with all the contents inside. It's a standard medium sized box and I won't recommend you to take it with you on the go. Its definitely not travel friendly.

I would rather suggest you to pick the Godrej creme hair color for 30INR,(review will be put up soon) incase you are planning to give your hair a new look on-the-go.

Contents inside the box:
1. A developer bottle
2. Colourant gel
3. A gloss enhancing conditioner
4. A pair of gloves 
5. An applicating brush
6. Instruction leaflet

Consistency
The colourant gel is thick like cream , the developer is much lighter in consistency than the gel. When you finally mix the contents (developer and colourant) together, it gives out an unpleasant smell, may not be liked by everyone.  But On the other hand the hair colour is totally ammonia free!

Experience after applying this color
After letting the colour sit for atleast 1 hr for total coverage ,I shampooed and applied the gloss enhancer conditioner provided in the pack.
The application was indeed easy due to its gel formulation but after washing off the color and drying, all the grey hairs were totally covered like they never existed in the first place.

• Thumbs up for total coverage.
• But my hair felt a little brittle and hard which I guess is  not common after colouring!
• The conditioner provided was amazing, hair felt so soft after washing it off.
• What I like the most about streax hair colors are that they come with a pair of gloves and a brush(which is quite lasting)!

• Has fruit extracts which nourish your hair
• Comes with a brush and gloves
• Gives total coverage
• Gel colour
• Imparts a shine to the mane

 Disadvantages :

• Hair felt a little brittle after drying.
